Interview
Very soft and collaborating at the same time. Deep on financial and trading basics. Interviewer might be a bit serious according to questions, but listening too. A lot of trade situational questions and feedback
I was invited to the office to meet with the local manager. The interview process was thorough and focused on sharing goals and discussing past experiences. The entire session lasted for about 1 hour and 30 minutes.
