I had three rounds of interviews, a technical quiz, and flew in for a two day on site interview.
At the end of each interview, including the final interview, I received nothing but positive feedback. The CEO even said, "I think we'd like to have you join the team. " at the end of my final round. At the end of the final interview, on of the engineers referred my correspondence with the CEO as my "on-boarding process".
After 3 weeks of prodding Adtile (the CEO Nils Bostrom) for an official offer, I received an offer from another company and accepted that. Finally, the CEO called me and said "it's going to be a no". He "wanted to let me know personally".
Moreover, I've sent in an invoice to for transportation costs to the interview. No response.
This was the worst interview I've ever had by far. At best the process was dishonest, at worst fraudulent.
