Advance Management interview questions

Responded to ad on Craigslist. Called for interview next day - met with company VP. Went over experience and skills. Discussed position that was being filled (it was different from the one advertised). Told I would get a call back if there was going to be 2nd interview. Call back was the next day and they asked me to come in for another interview in the afternoon. I went in and was offered the position, pending a "working interview" at the site. Completed paperwork, went to the jobsite and worked the remainder of the afternoon. At closing I asked the Property Manager if this meant I had the job and she told me if I wanted it, it was mine.
