Interviewed with Mark, it went well enough but it wasn't clear whether or not I was under consideration. When I followed up with both him and the woman that arranged the interview, I got no reply.
Unprofessional and inconsiderate, probably not an ideal place to be with people like this.

The usual banter, "what makes you a good fit for the job?".

Interview
The receptionist calls you to set up an interview. The owner Mark Smith will ask you general questions about your past experience and your person life (beats me) and then will low ball you on your compensation and will either offer you the job.
