Phone interview With recruiter 20 min. That is tough as there is nothing in research that answers that and they should disclose it rather than put you on the spot. They asked “Why do you think “ABC Co” didn’t hire you? First off, how do they even know I applied to this co. Made up name, ABC is not the co. I feel it was unfair for them to assume. Just because they experienced turnover from employees coming from a particular co., doesn’t mean I wouldn’t be a great candidate. I have several years of sales experience, not sure what else they are looking for!
