my interview was both technical and personal. I was asked the basic questions you would expect to get asked in any interview for a job like my skills, what i'm looking for in a job, what my salary should be, and how I heard about the company. then the questions got technical and I was asked how I would troubleshoot certain issues. after that there was just a brief informal chat (I went to high school with the guy I interviewed with) and I was on my way.
