The company is tiny with 8ish employees, they don’t even have a proper meeting room so I had the interview in the lunch room - mind you there was someone’s office in the lunch room too so he was listening to the whole interview in the corner..??? Felt like an invasion of privacy… The interview was with the CEO himself - he did not have any questions ready and made random ones up as he went. One of his first questions were “how many functional groups do you know and write them up on the whiteboard” …. Sir? I’ve applied for an ADMIN role, why are you testing my scientific knowledge from uni (that I’ve finished many many years ago). Obviously, I don’t remember a lot so he gets disappointed and asks two irrelevant questions and then spends the next 20mins talking about himself and his achievements in the company. Please, please read the reviews about the CEO on this website before applying to any role - its 1/5 stars for a reason. Seems like he wanted to hire someone that’s overqualified for the job but underpay them.
He asked ZERO behavioural questions. Worst interview I’ve ever had in my life. Can’t believe I wasted my time to get there and practice interview questions just to be disrespected.
