The first phase I went through was a Telephonic interview, which was brief, then the second phase was a video interview through teams, with the manager and the HR of the company.
HR interview asking about personal questions , getting to know me .
Technical interview to assess my depth in technology to determine if Im best fit for the role in IT service desk .
