This company's interview process was the longest and most unhelpful I've ever experienced. After a 4-hour group interview and a follow-up, I was asked to create a business plan to present to directors. One director was particularly cold and dismissive, making the experience uncomfortable. I was humiliated by inappropriate questions, including unsolicited feedback on my family's business, which had nothing to do with the role. After waiting a month and going through three interviews, I was ultimately told I wasn't a "fit" for the job. A complete waste of my time.
