After applying online, I waited a few days before getting a call to schedule a phone interview. I was asked very general questions: what's your experience, what are you interested in, where do you see yourself in five years. I gave, admittedly, very long-winded answers, and I was afraid that I had really taken over the interview and sunk the ship. At the end, my interviewer asked me if I was really interested in the Data Entry position, as it seemed I would be more fit for a writing role (my real passion). He listed a few other positions they were hiring for, and gave me the option of applying for a new role. Right there, I knew this company would be a great place to work.
