Willing to undergo training with only allowance and without benefits?
Pretty much the basics on getting to know you better.
However, it focuses on your previous accomplishments in your university or previous work.
Basically, you just have to answer honestly and eagerly prove that you are prepared to accept the challenges that comes with being an ACTION Trainee.

first is an initial exam, which will be timed, you need to finish fast. it contains logic questios as well as mathematical questions and problems. after that, they will contact you again if you passed and then ask you for an initial interview. if you passed the initial interview, lastly it will be your final interview
