I met with the SEO manager at the time and has a fairly neutral experience. I left feeling very confused about whether they had offered me a job because the offer was so fast.

This was the most bizarre interview I have ever attended. I had just left uni and was looking for work when I was called for an interview. I explained that I had no experience, and to be honest was a little confused that they had called, but decided to go along anyway as I wanted interview experience. My interviewer seemed to have been watching too much of The Apprentice. They were more focused on being ridiculously intimidating than in anything I had to say, asking questions about what my family do, rather than any skills I had. I was told that what 'saved' me was that they thought I was too nervous... Of course I was when I was being asked about my family rather than my skills. An interview goes both ways, and they dont know how to interview. Unfortunately, I took the job (review of the company to follow!) and saw more and more of their lack of management experience.
