Advantage Academy interview questions

After being viewed substituting on the second day of a week long job, I was approached by the principal to take over for the remainder of the year as a full-time employee. The interview process was relatively easy, I spoke with two nice ladies, the head of HR and an assistant Superintendent about various teaching topics and philosophies.
