Advantage Austria interview questions

I had two interviews, each of around 2,5 hours. The director interviewing asked many very detailed questions related to the job tasks even though the job description did not require any experience. Then he made me pass a translation exercise and some other tests. He wanted me to do a presentation about an Austrian product. When I asked him more details in an email, he never answered, admitting at the next interview that he did it on purpose. In the end, he told me that he wanted somebody with local experience, even though it was clear from the beginning that I did not possess that. Strange and frustrating!
