Initial phone call interview with recruiter with general screening questions, asking things like "What are your strengths and weaknesses". This was followed by phone call interview with PA/MD from the site. Afterwards, on-site visit at the hospital in person

Interview
Multiple interviews. First with a recruiter on the phone. Then teams video call with management. Then tour of facility. All in all from first interview to start date was 6 months. About 3 months for decision to hire and 3 months for credentialing/onboarding.
