Screen with outside recruitment firm, 30 min call with HM, met with HM the next week for another 30 mins in person. Each time questions weren’t really prepared. A few days later met in person with entire C-suite and again only a few questions weren’t prepared. They admitted they need to improve their interview process. No one really seemed to know exactly what the job did. Ghosted for 3 weeks besides 2 follow ups and then told they were going in a different direction.
