Interview involved a meeting with the recruiter. Meetings with members of the team and finally meetings with upper leadership. Team is really focused on fit/culture and want to ensure you are hungry to learn/do more.

A number of scenario questions on how you would diagnose certain issues that arise from customers. You must ascertain what is going wrong and answer the questions. Usually involving trying an API request or how would you respond to a customer.
