No attention to ones CV and high "we're the really cool kids" attitude with high level-blabla.
After applying you receive an auto-response to schedule a meeting with the recruiter. The first meeting was rescheduled last minute, at the the second attempt the recruiter showed up 8 mins late. The conversation itself went well, good explanation of the process, role, people in next interviews incl names, times and dates.
After that complete radio silence. No invite, no response to my emails (asking for the invites), invites only appearing 1 day before the actual meetings.
The second meeting was with the hiring manager, to the point but very one directional, little to no conversation.
The 3rd meeting got pushed out last minute.
This meeting (the meeting before meeting the board member), was presenting the assignment to multiple people from multiple departments. Again very one directional; what can you do for us, when I asked a question the answer was very high level or talking around the answer. Much of a "we're the cool kids and in control-vibe". People jumping off the call early without notice.
Not a good experience at all. Very unfortunate as I perceived the Adyen brand as very open, agile, ambitious and appealing, unfortunately that is not to say from the people/culture I came across... In all conversations I had, the people hadn't taken the time to look at my CV (which came across by questions they asked and being visibly surprised at my answers - all on my CV).
I declined the invite taking it to the next stage.
