First there is a phone interview with their recruiter, then the hiring manager, then a panel interview with 3 or more people and last there is an interview with a board member.

They kept asking about the formula so make sure you pick a section of it and make it seem like you are sold on it because it’s like their Kool-Aid.

Various stakeholders. Lengthy but interesting to discover the company from different sides. No face to face interview, which is a bit unfortunate
