Interview
1. I was referred to an external recruiter who did the initial filtering and made sure I'm aligned with the company values / operating principles ("Adyen formula"). 2. Took 2 weeks to schedule me with the Adyen recruiter. She was relatively responsive and very nice throughout the process. 3. Hiring manager (VP) interview. 4. Peer interview (same role) 5. "Study Case" which was 3 x situation / behavioral questions only, sent ahead and asked to build a presentation for my responses and present it to a panel. (the VP, a peer and a manager from a different group), they followed up on each with questions digging deep into details and expanding to similar scenarios. I received a rejection email from the recruiter email also allowing to schedule a feedback call in which I received very detailed and relevant feedback about where I failed to impress which was refreshing to get.
