Firstly, you must pass a general phone screening whereby you will be asked to reveal a little about your skills and interests. After two weeks (times may vary depending on interviewee load), you will be prompted for an on-location interview with two persons—a supervisor and a lead, who will show you the type of work you will do and ask about how you handle situations (as opposed to strictly technical questions) to see if you fit. Overall, the interview experience was very friendly. Phone screening was about half an hour. The main interview was about an hour.
