Interview
The work was satisfactory, focusing strictly on the specific task requirements. While it met expectations, there was little beyond the essentials. A more proactive or detailed approach could enhance overall performance.
The first interview was a phone screening by a HR. After about 3 weeks they got back to me for scheduling a interview with the manager. Then a second interview with a manager and a HR. Each interview lasted about 30min.
