Was reached out by recruiter on LinkedIn to schedule an interview for the position she was recruiting for.
Initial scheduling and response was fine. The interview was a code pair session with a Data Scientist, who did not seem to have much experience in interviewing candidates. Worked through all the problems with time to spare, and he did not have any questions, and seemed really flustered. I asked a couple of questions and next steps, said recruiter will be in touch.
It's been over a month and several e-mails and messages later, I have received no response from the recruiter or anyone in the company. Seems like they don't value candidates time and energy. I would stay away from the company, as they are not transparent or responsive about the hiring process at all.

Call from the talent acquisition team, then 1st technical round mostly quick ML concepts for knowledge check. 2nd round is technical where a case study is presented, and few more technical questions. 3rd round was with the Director and was technical and system design. 4th round was behavioural and was taken by VP.
