AeroInfo Systems interview questions

one hour in person interview. Asked some technical and behavioral questions. Asked to write code on paper. Went over resume and transcript. Questions on: object oriented design, algorithmic complexity, debugging skills and writing code to solve questions given, few math problems

Phone interview by HR Manager. He was very friendly and helpful, offering advice on what to brush up on relative to my own expertise. Set up an on site interview after an hour of the phone interview On site interview was conducted by an engineer and the project manager. Tag team questions on soft and technical skills. Typical soft skill questions like when and how you showed initiative or leadership, examples were asked as well. Technical questions were on SQL, Java, XPath, XML. HR manager offered position a couple days after on site interview.
