They'll go through the CV and what they want to find out is if they understands quality and can 'talk the talk'. I'd recommend revising your existing knowledge of quality procedures in your current role. I would revise your existing process for supplier onboarding, supplier monitoring (any KPI's you've contributed to), if one has manufacturing quality experience that would definitely be great to speak about - mention your involvement like what one does day-to-day.
Finally they might ask about a time when you lead a project, if you've taken part in any continuous improvement initiatives. They'll definitely ask about your auditing history, if you've conducted an audit. Because that will be a big part of the role. Like on average auditing every quarter.
I think my 2nd round interview was alot of repetition from the first round but that's because it was my first job at the time. Again I'd bring up any auditing experience the person has because I think that'll be a big part of the role.
