      Air Import Interview

      10 Jul 2023
      Anonymous employee
      Denver, CO
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Aeronet (Denver, CO) in Jun 2023

      Interview

First interview was over the phone with very simple questions, second interview is in person with the manager where they ask you a few questions about past experiences. The last interview was with the VP of operations and the manager from the second interview. The process was pretty simple, i did accept the offer but it was revoked because i told them i did not feel comfortable taking a physical and releasing my medical information. The position was a sit down computer job so i felt the medical exams were discriminatory. I was also told i would need to take a physical after i signed the offer and sent over my personal documents and the background was done. I explained that i would take the drug test but i did not feel comfortable with my workplace knowing my personal medical information. The hiring manager told me that there was no medical release of information but this was not true. They in turn revoked the offer with no explanation. I thought this was very unprofessional. Company offers decent pay but bare minimum vacation time, long wait time for benefits to kick in so lots of out of pocket expenses and then also long wait time for retirement/401k to kick in. They also do not provide any sort of company help or match in retirement/401k, whatever you put in is what you have.
