kept it very simple and made the process very comfortable. looking forward to more. would definitely recommend to someone in the same situation as me. got a zoom call and then flight test. both were great. I enjoyed the whole process
30 minute HR interview and discussing your experience. Mostly in my HR interview we talked about how my previous flight school operated and how I think it would be appropriate to act as a CFI. 2 hour flight with maneuvers and emergencies all to the CPL standards.
