Just a phone interview. Pretty simple. They just ask the basic questions. Then you do an 8 hour training if you don’t have all the certificates they need. Like CPR and first aid, fingerprint card and article 9. Really simple just really long! But they do have snacks and water for you.

I found a family that needed help, we contacted Affinity Family Care, I spoke to people over the phone. Then they had me come in for a full day training where I learned CPR, AED, First Aid and other information about the job.

simple they requested you complete training on your own time after hire and working. i completed it but i was aware that many other co-workers never even looked at the training material
