      I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Affinity

      I did a screening interview with the recruiter, which went fine, and then got sent forward to the hiring manager interview. This also went well, and I was sent forward to a team interview. This interview was weird - I was interviewed by two team members who spent a lot of time hyping the product and then asked me pretty much all the same stuff I had been asked by the hiring manager. To make it worse, both interviewers spent half the interview looking at their phones and not paying attention to my responses. They were not trying to hide that they were on their phones at all, they gave off a completely indifferent attitude. A few days later, I found out that I would not be moving forward. Not surprising given the indifference of my team interview, although I was a bit confused as to where I fell short given that all the questions were the same as in my hiring manager interview.
