The process was rather long: -Recruiter screen -Hiring manager screen -Coding interview -Onsite interview, divided in 4 categories I've got feedback on all stages of the interview. Everyone was super friendly. The coding interview wasn't crazy difficult, but wasn't easy too. It was a 1:1 call with a person working in the team the interview was for. I was given information about SQL tables available to me and their structure, and was asked to type out queries that would answer a series of questions. The interviewer was making sure I understand the concepts, rather than demanding perfect answers. Despite the process being quite long, I would recommend challenging yourself.

Affirm was transparent and attentive throughout the process. Everyone I met were friendly and genuine. It felt like they wanted me to succeed. Affirm takes their recruiting process seriously and it shows. Ally was the best recruiter I had in my job search. The steps for the interview process are below. 1. 30 min phone screen with the recruiter 2. 1 hour phone screen with the hiring manager 3. Take home exercise and presentation 4. “On site” interview that consisted of three 30-60 minute sessions
