Really loved interacting with everyone in the company. They were respectful and communicative. First round was HR. For the second round, there was a live case study and it was fairly open ended. The third round was a take-home analytics project.

Very straight forward interview process. Recruiter Screen, Hiring Manager Round, Take Home Assessment and Panel. The team was so nice and willing to share their experience at Affirm. The recruiter, Ally is a rockstar. I let her know about upcoming offer deadlines I had and she worked hard to make sure I had the information needed to make a decision. I really enjoyed the process and am excited to join!

Interview
Started off with a take home test based on some affirm data, followed by a recruiter screening, another screening with a hiring manager and then the final Zoomsite interview with 6 members of the Affirm team over 5 hours (with breaks). Most questions were classic interview questions, relationship building, etc.
