Had a 30 minute initial call, where they were really excited about my background and made it clear I would be moving forward in the process. I received a follow-up email the same day asking for availability in order to schedule a call with the hiring manager. The interview was confirmed for a few days later. The following morning, my interview with the hiring manager was suddenly canceled with no information or follow up. I sent multiple messages asking why the interview was canceled but they provided no information for several days and then finally sent a boilerplate template email stating that they went with other candidates. I never received any additional feedback or reasoning for the excitement and urgency about moving forward…only to ghost me via canceling my interview.

The on-site interview started with a short tour of the office and ended by a wrap up by HR. The interview process was well organized, highly professional and made the candidate feel welcomed. It was the best interview experience I've ever had.
