Process was very long.
1. HR Screen
- I was asked about my background and I got i think one behavioral question based around handling different deadlines
2. Hiring Manager Interview
- Fairly straightforward, was asked questions about times I've conducted deals and times where I've established a partnership opportunity
3. Mock Pitch Assessment
- Was given a prompt about a partnership scenario and was told to build a 6 slide mock pitch presentation. If they like your presentation you will be asked to present.
4. Mock Pitch Presentation
- you present to two members of partnerships team and they judge you on your presentation / sales ability
5. Virtual "Off-Site" where you meet with 4-5 members of the team. I didn't make it to this round.
Interview was relatively smooth with quick responses but slowed down significantly after I submitted my assignment. I had to reach out to HR to receive an update if I would be moving to the presentation part. I was moved forward but after presentation I waited a week and a half to reach out to HR again for an update where I was told I wouldn't be moving forward.
HR also gave vague responses to some of my questions regarding the structure of the presentation, which had she had given me the correct response could have helped me move to the next round.
They give feedback after presentation which is good. But some of the things they mentioned I should have included were things I asked to HR to see whether I should include. From her response, it appeared that I did not need to include them and it may have cost my candidacy.
