AffirmedNetworks Principle Software Engineer interview questions

I finished 3 Video interviews with the Team in US and Bangalore. Towards the end they expressed a great interest in my profile and promised to get back to me. In the final interview, they even discussed with me about my position and role if I am to take up the offer. But after a week HR get back and tells me that my profile is not suitable for the position. "Profile Suitability" has to be decided at the time of candidate screening during the interview process or at the end of first interview. If they found other suitable candidate with lower salary preference then company has to be open about it. Such a waste of time, and very unprofessional response. I have now requested for another talk with Manager, but obviously received no response. They say the company has an open culture, but I seriously doubt it given what responses I received.
