I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Agency Insurance Company in Feb 2024
Interview
Very intimidating. They speak to you and quiz you as if you are supposed to know everything about the industry already. Asked bizarre questions such as "Tell me how you would estimate the number of airplanes flying in the sky over the United States right now?" Ma'am this is a customer service role, not a Google engineer role.

Very down to earth, easy questions, no STAR method, just a pleasant conversation. There is two managers hiring and they make it very relaxed. They explain the job and go over your qualifications on your resume.
