Agency for Technical Cooperation and Development interview questions

I submitted the proposal by email and they contacted me a few days after the closure of the opening, I had a first round of interview with the hiring manager then with the regional director as the country director was not in place, after that they accepted me, honestly it has been easy and straight forward, not very challenging or long. Interviews took between 30 and 45 minutes each. I interviewed for Darfur and I ended up in South sudan for visa problem over which the NGO had no power or responsibility.

Group/Panel interview inclusing Deputy Area Coordinator. 3 Qualified interviewer were present for recruitment. 1 person from Program Department,1 from Human resource department and 1 from Finance department. Intellectual querries were asked regarding the applied post. Immediate feedback was given on correct answers. Sound and Sober environment.
