very straightforward seemed like more of a formality, was through zoom and interviewer kept camera off the entire time which seemed a little odd to me. was just one lady.

No more than 30 mins very fast paces just need customer service experience you will land the job Express your skillsets within the customer service industry not complicated at all very easy
One phone interview; one zoom interview. The first was scheduled via email and the second was scheduled during the first interview. The phone interview was longer than the zoom or 'in person' interview. The zoom or 'in person' interview was very short.
