Very straightforward - the recruiter gave me some information about the company and the software. Then he asked me typical interview questions like, "Tell me about a time when you went above and beyond for someone." It was quick and easy and casually comfortable.

"Tell me about a time when you had an unhappy customer and how did you handle it?"
easy and straight to the point. trainers were supportive through training. Called tow drivers for stranded people. The work was too repetive for me and nothing was ever solved for the people, needs some better structure.

what makes you a good fit? tell us about your prevois work experiences?
it was very easy and it lasted 30 minutes. it was like talking to one of your friends. it was straight to the point and not dragged out. only one interview was neccessary to move to the next step.
The interview was very detailed and specific and the interviewer was very clear, direct, and helpful. She answered all my questions and explained the next steps to come in the process.
