Interview
I had one interview with the recruiter, a business case with data analyses, and then two more interviews. The process in general was good, I had clear instructions, easy scheduling and everyone treated me politely. To make the experience better, they should have let me know since the start that they do not offer customized feedback, considering it is such a long process. In the start of each interview, it was asked me for feedback about the process, which honestly did not give me much time to think it though. I would recommend they gathered feedback differently, this may put the candidate in an awkward position. In the final interview with the leaderships, it was an interview but also a chat. A few common questions were asked, like "why should we hire you" and "what have you been doing since you left your previous job".
As etapas do processo não condiziam com o nível da vaga. Além disso, foi um pouco confuso e não sei dizer se pelos profissionais ou pela empresa em si. De qualquer forma, todas as pessoas com quem tive contato se mostraram bastante entusiasmadas com a empresa e muito responsáveis e dedicadas.
