Interview
Had a first HR screening interview and another one with hiring manager couple of weeks later (30 min phone call). The hiring manager ended the call with 'you have a very impressive background' and 'talk soon'. They disappeared on me after that and I never heard from them again.
Had about 6 interviews with leadership across different functions with whom I would be working with. Everyone was extremely pleasant and the interviews were conversational. Nothing surprising.
Started with a pitch about the company and what the plans are, spoke about my experiences and how they can bring value to the role. Few behavioral questions. Spoke about some high level topics regarding Agilent and the overall market then ended with my questions.

Interview
Interview process is extensive involving 3 levels of management: hiring manager, human resource, vice president, group president. Recruiting function is outsourced but very effective. Need to maintain flexibility on the hour of the interview as the hiring manager may work in different time zone.
