Straight forward, short interviews 1 on 1 with a few other engineers. Questions were focused on character and how I would fit in with the team. Nice people. There were three interviewers. Half hour each.

Applied online. Received call to schedule phone interviews after a month. Had to reschedule once. Each interview scheduled a week in advance, 30 minutes each.
3 total interviews, 1 with HR, 1 with an engineer, and 1 with general manager.

Question 1
Think about a time you had to make a decision and describe your process.
One behavioral interview and one technical interview. The behavioral interview was very straightforward and the interviewer was very kind. The technical interview was with an actual engineer and they asked questions about fluids and thermodynamics.
