I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Aging True (Jacksonville, FL) in Mar 2014
Interview
I interviewed over the phone with the HR director then in person with my direct supervisor. Basic interview questions were asked, like job history and my goals. A job offer came 2-3 days after my interview. They do not negotiate on salary, benefits, or anything of the sort. I tried to get 2k more in my salary or an agreement to review me for a raise and was denied. I took the position because I needed a job and the supervisors seemed friendly at the time. The interview process itself was pleasant and as simple as they come.
