Three interviewers.
No technical questions were asked.
Everything was Behavioural questions and decision making examples.
From the day the job application deadline closed it was 3 weeks before a phone screening was scheduled. After the phone screening I was interviewed the following week. Two weeks after the interview I found out the results.
Interview process was very formal, dress was business casual.

Question 1
Phone screen: Can you describe your philosophy on how to run a meeting? Have you conducted audits in the past? Have you created protocols to be followed in the past?
In the interview: Explain a time when a customer was angry at you, but you could not deviate from your stance. Explain a time when you had to weigh multiple courses of action and select an appropriate course.

Interview
Human Resources mgr and recruiter opened interview with background about org and role. Proceeded in using interview guide for behavioral questions and provided a copy to me to review as the questions were asked. Very comfortable process. Nice balance of professional and informal.

Interview
Interviewed by two managers and an HR person. HR person asked HR type questions which were about five in total. The two managers asked a series of technical questions which were to determine your technical strength.
