Applied online weeks ago, showcasing an extensive match for 100% of all requirements, perfect (15 year) background, and more. No response, not even a rejection email. Position was just re-posted on LinkedIn again this morning. Either this position simply does not exist, or they have zero respect for those applying. If these guys cannot be bothered to even reject an applicant, that already tells you a whole lot about them. Avoid this company!
