      Application

I interviewed at Aidey (Manila, Manila)

      Interview

conducted remotely and was well-organized. It started with an initial phone screening with HR, where they asked about my background, skills, and career goals. This was followed by a video interview with the hiring manager, focusing on my experience, problem-solving approach, and fit for the role. The final stage involved another video interview with a panel of team members, where they asked behavioral and role-specific questions.

      Question 1

One Question They Asked: One of the most interesting questions I was asked was: "Can you describe a time when you had to handle a difficult situation at work and how you resolved it?" They seemed to focus on problem-solving and how I approach challenges, which gave me a good sense of their work culture and expectations.
