The interview consisted of multiple interviews with key stakeholders within the organization and also a simulation/data assignment that should be relatively easy to complete if you have a true CSM skillset.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Aidoc
Interview
There were multiple interviews with one simulation involving analyzing customer data to shape a conversation around how the AI algorithms were performing at that customer's health system. The other interviews were typical discussions with the hiring manager, team lead, other team members, etc.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Aidoc in Apr 2022
Interview
I interviewed for the CSM role and the one takeaway I would like people to be aware of is that the interview process is NOT transparent at ALL. Please see below to see my experience: -Applied -2 weeks later I was reached out to and met with HR recruiter. I followed up with him on multiple occasions and never received a response -2 weeks later I was reached out to by the team lead and asked to meet with a Senior CSM who was very nice and we had a great conversation and I was assigned a presentation -I presented to the Senior CSM and team lead on the presentation I put 10+ hours into and got no feedback from them -I was asked to meet with the remaining members of the team on Monday morning and they were very nice. I didn't hear anything from them even after sending a thank you email. -On Friday afternoon, after I asked the manager for an update, I received a generic email from the HR system that they did not want to move forward and they did not provide any reason as to why they made this decision.
