I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Aimbridge Hospitality (Plano, TX) in Jul 2015
Interview
Probably the most pleasant interviewing process I have had. Everyone is very nice, upfront and personable. Process took a week. Quick and efficient. Called and spoke with a department head, met with multiple managers to discuss what the job entailed and to see if it would be a good fit.

Interview
Panel interview, it was a group of managers and one director. Every single person asked me a question. Prepare yourself ahead of time by reviewing the job description and relate every single thing they look for to your previous job experience.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Aimbridge Hospitality in Mar 2022
Interview
I had a Zoom interview with two team members, the members did not seem excited to be there. They seemed bored throughout the interview though I tried to engage as much as possible. They did not follow up after, never heard from them again.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself? What are your future goals?
I was referred by a friend. She forwarded my resume to her supervisor. I received an email a couple days later and was asked to come in for an interview. I interviewed with the Accounting Manager and a Senior Accountant. They were both really sweet. They were straight about the job expectations (50ish hours first 2 weeks of the month and regular at the back end of the month). Asked me general questions about my resume. I received an offer the next business day.
