Question 1
The 1st phone interview: Experiences that you had to deal with angry customers and experiences that you voluntarily helped someone who was very busy at work
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Air Canada (Calgary, AB) in Nov 2018
Interview
Applied online, then the next day received email to complete a video interview online. A couple days later did a phone interview asking some general behavioural questions, a week later did a language test over the phone in two different languages. Few weeks later had an in person interview, then waited about two-three months before got offered the job
Many stages. From initial application there was a telephone interview, language tests, and an in-person interview before the job offer was presented. The interview questions were largely situational to try to gauge how you would react in certain situations.
