The interview process has been an amazing, professional, and extremely thorough. Immediately after I saw the job opportunity on LinkedIn, I was recommend by a senior flight attendant to apply.
Not even 24 hours after my application was sent, I received a phone call to schedule a phone interview with very simple questions made for screening purposes (they also exaggerate how demanding the schedule is and that it'd be beneficial if you are bilingual).
A week goes by and we scheduled a language assessment test which was fair as its purpose is to see if you are able to comprehend the language and express your feelings in the specific language. I was tested in English, French, and Spanish. For French they asked me to spell my name and other SIMPLE questions (I don't want to go into much detail as it seems like each step should be almost like a surprise.. which I liked!). All I can recommend is for you to study your conversational skills.
Afterwards, I was invited for a face-to-face interview which took place at a hotel. Wow it was well organized! Again, I don't want to spoil too much to ruin it, but it was very interesting! We started in a big ball room with registration (expect 50+ people). Then a recruiter called people as they came in and they we were led to another room to begin the F2F interview. If you passed that portion, you were then invited to another room with a group and do a group interview (it was fun and an interesting way to see how people work in a group)!
Once you pass that round, you were invited by the recruiter for a medical exam which I had done yesterday and now waiting for that final call. Again, it was a VERY thorough exam (drug testing, etc..). Before I forget, before the medical exam you were tasked to do several online tests to determine IQ and EI.
I hope this helps anyone who's in the current hiring process! Over the last few weeks I've been desperate to find anything on the hiring process (interview questions, etc) but I realized that the experience of it being almost secretive was even better. If this job is meant for you, it will happen!
Best of luck to everyone.
