Applied on the Air Canada site for the job. They called me and scheduled a phone interview with me a week later. After the phone interview they respond to see if you get the offer. Pretty straightforward.

Brief phone interview followed by invitation to do a typing test. During the typing test there are three sessions of 1 minute long to type. The speed has to be over 50wpm to be successful. The successful candidates are interviewed right after. HR responds within a week to offer the job to successful candidates.
